I recently brought a wet to dry instyler and I discovered that when I opened it the actually instyler itself was broken the bristles were all over the place and the instyler had scratches, I then plugged it in and, Nothing! I was disappointed I went back to the store and they said to contact the company as the place I brought it from could not replace it because that issue and state was in was blamed on the company, so I emailed them and it's been two days and no contact, so I looked and searched for a site where I can contact them but still nothing. I messages them twice. I just want assistance that I deserve and a new instyler what women wants a non working product!
